Ann-Marie Hickey
Ann-Marie has made East Fremantle her home for the past 14 years and loves the proximity to the river, beach and all the benefits Fremantle has to offer.
She began her real estate career in 1988 as the hours were flexible and being a single mother, enabled her to take care of her two young daughters.
With a genuine passion for property, Ann-Marie has bought and sold a number of homes where she has project managed the site and done much of the physical work herself.
She has personally sold over $200M of property and has been the leading agent by volume and value in East Fremantle over the past 10 years. She is certainly not afraid to “go the extra yard” to keep all parties happy in her real estate transactions.
Clare Hickey-Shand
A successful 15 year career in Fashion Design and Buying took Clare to Melbourne and London where she worked for leading retail groups as well as having her own sleepwear label.
Clare returned to Perth when her 2 young daughters were ready to start school and soon afterwards, a lifelong passion for property naturally led her to join her sister Ann-Marie Hickey in real estate.
Clare’s professional and personal experiences in the retail sector combined with her natural approach with people, ensures the best possible service and consideration to her clients needs.
Clare lives with her husband and two daughters in Bicton and is currently building a new home in East Fremantle.
